Ryan Painter is a military veteran, law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience operating in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. He served in the U.S. Army for nine years, completing two deployments in support of operations in Iraq and Kuwait. During his service, he advanced to a non-commissioned officer, where he took part in coordinated complex logistics missions in austere and high-risk conditions. His military service earned him multiple commendations, including the Combat Action Badge.

Following his military career, Ryan transitioned into law enforcement in 2012, where he quickly distinguished himself through advanced training and operational performance. He completed specialized certifications in SWAT operations, tactical leadership, firearms instruction, and narcotics investigations. Over the course of his career, he received multiple departmental awards, including three lifesaving recognitions.

Ryan later served as a Detective and Task Force Officer assigned to regional and federal drug enforcement initiatives, where he led complex investigations targeting organized criminal networks. His experience includes extensive undercover operations, interagency coordination, and the development of investigative strategies that contributed to significant narcotics seizures. In 2021, he established and served as a K9 handler for his task force, further expanding operational capabilities.

Today, Ryan brings this extensive real-world experience into the medical supply industry, leveraging his background to provide practical, end-user-informed solutions to government and first responder clients. His firsthand understanding of field operations, emergency response, and equipment reliability allows him to support agencies with products that meet the demands of real-world use—not just specifications.

Outside of his professional work, Ryan is a dedicated father of two and has trained and competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 15 years.

 John Newman is a Firefighter with North Metro Fire Rescue in Colorado, bringing frontline emergency response experience alongside a diverse background in military service, finance, and operations. He served his Country with eight years in the military, including two combat deployments, serving in high-tempo environments where he led and cared for soldiers under his command while successfully executing mission objectives. He also spent eight years with General Electric in finance and operational roles, executing within large, regulated organizations and driving disciplined financial and operational outcomes. In addition, John works with small and emerging businesses to scale operations, expand customer reach, and profitably execute growth strategies in complex environments. He brings a direct, execution-focused approach grounded in accountability, adaptability, and delivering results where failure is not an option. Outside of work, John spends time pursuing outdoor adventures with fellow veterans and remains actively involved with veteran and first responder organizations supporting those who have served.
